Had a great experience. The staff was great. Especially Patty. I was very nervous during the whole process and Patty made it a great experience for me. She had me laughing most of the time, and helped what could have been a painful cleaning process, to definitely be tolerable. Dr. Dubois was really great and so was her assistant, whose name I can't remember. Full transparency I was worried at first when it was 15 minutes after my appt and I was told I would need to wait 30 more minutes. However, everyone was extremely apologetic for the wait and even thanked me for waiting. I don't mind that I had a bit of a wait now that I have had such a great experience.
